The bellows metering pump operates on an adjustable-stroke, positive-displacement principle. The pump is self-priming under most conditions. The pump is driven by a thermally-protected gear motor which is attached to an adjustable eccentric hub. Output is adjusted by changing the stroke.
The oscillating pump is a low-flow, low-pressure transfer or circulating pump for OEM-type applications. A diode feeds DC impulses to the coil 50 or 60 times per second, drawing the armature and impeller against the spring, pumping liquid through the outlet. The spring returns the armature and impeller to their original position, drawing liquid through the inlet.
The peristaltic pump is a positive-displacement pump with only one moving part. The pump's self-priming ability is generally up to 20', depending on the viscosity of the fluid. Flows depend on the RPM of the gear motor and the discharge pressure.
