"Waters of the United States" is coming

The EPA is likely to issue "Waters of the United States" regulations in the next few days, according to The Hill. The draft proposal attracted a lot of attention from supporters and opponents alike, and the new rules ought to be even more attention-grabbing as they will represent the actual law to be enforced.
